Hi, I’m Miya
I’m a licensed esthetician and spray tan artist, born and raised here in Montana. I’ve always believed a beautiful glow should feel as good as it looks. After years of navigating sunless tanning products that were heavy with chemicals, looked unnatural, and smelled harsh, I made it my mission to incorporate skincare with a natural, sun-kissed finish.
I am beyond excited to introduce you to my airbrush spray tan studio, Shimmer West. I’ve put a lot of love into this business, and I cannot wait to share it with you! I want you to leave each appointment feeling pampered, bronzed, and confident in your own skin!

Every client at Shimmer West is sprayed exclusively with NUDA’s sunless solutions. A healthy barrier allows for a natural, seamless tan. Each NUDA product is formulated with a patented blend of powerful skincare actives to strengthen your skin’s barrier and enhance your glow. Each spray and aftercare product contains vitamins and antioxidants such as bakuchiol and orchid stem cells to stimulate collagen production, niacinamide to brighten, and ceramides to lock in hydration.
All NUDA products are cruelty-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free, and vegan

Spray tans can last anywhere from 6-10 days depending on how well you prepare your skin prior to your appointment and how well you care for it. Refer to the Prep/Post Care section for more details.

The difference is rinse time.
The classic formula requires 8-12 hours of development before you rinse off the shade I’ve selected for you. Your shade with the rapid formula will be determined by your rinse time. For example, Light 2-3 hours/ Medium 3-4/ Dark 4-6/ Ultra Dark 6+

Bring a strapless bra! My solutions are natural and paraben-free, but we don’t need to transfer any tan onto baby.

Absolutely not! Dress down to your comfort. Remember that I look at bodies all day every day and there is nothing to feel embarrassed about. If you choose to wear undergarments, I offer disposables if you don’t want to get solution on yours, though it will wash out.

I come to you! This service is a great option for bridal parties, cheer competitions, and any other groups wishing to spray together. Individual sprays start at $70.00 but larger groups receive discounted rates. Email me for your quote. Note that there are additional milage fees if the location is outside of Helena.
